Full-Time Keyholder at Park Meadows

About the role

As a Keyholder at Rothy’s Park Meadows store, you will embody the brand’s values by fostering a service‑first culture and ensuring smooth store operations. You’ll act as a role model, delivering exceptional customer experiences and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and model the Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service and coaching team members.
• Drive personal and team sales results while supporting teammates through coaching and team selling.
• Create lasting customer relationships via strong clienteling practices.
• Assist with in‑store events, activations, onboarding, and training.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing daily operations, visual merchandising, and service standards.
• Own assigned areas of responsibility within the Division of Responsibility program and report progress.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably with some leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience with operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership.
• Desire to grow leadership skills and ability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week, including peak days and evenings.
