Full-Time Housekeeper – Hospital

About the role

TouchPoint is seeking a dedicated full‑time Housekeeper to join the support team at Dell Seton Medical Center. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, families, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors; vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and metal fittings.
• Make beds, change linens, and restock supplies.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, showers, and glass surfaces.
• Empty and sanitize trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping issues such as spills.
• Maintain prescribed room layouts and ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.

Required profile

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including rotating weekends (11:00 AM‑7:30 PM).
• Strong attention to detail and customer‑service orientation.
