Full-Time Hourly Warehouse Operations Associate

About the role

Join our fast‑paced warehouse team as a full‑time hourly associate. You will help process, move, and ship merchandise while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and attend required trainings.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Accurately process merchandise and handle freight.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and keep inventory moving efficiently.
• Report to work on time and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Participate in problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and carry 35‑50 lb frequently and up to 60 lb occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts.
• Basic math skills for counting and simple calculations.
• Read labels, tickets, and product documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.

Required skills

• Operation of powered equipment such as pallet riders, scissor lifts, and forklifts.
• Use of computer systems or handheld devices after training.

• Hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $24.57 per hour, depending on role.
• Shift differentials of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour where eligible.
