Full-Time Hourly Warehouse Operations Associate

About the role

Join a fast‑paced warehouse team where you will help process, pack, and ship merchandise to stores and customers. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and offers hourly pay with opportunities for shift differentials and tenure‑based increases.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and attend required safety trainings.
• Pack, load, and ship items accurately and efficiently.
• Handle freight, move inventory, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Use computer systems or handheld devices to track merchandise.
• Report to work on time and complete assigned tasks reliably.
• Participate in problem‑solving initiatives for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and carry 35‑50 lb frequently and up to 60 lb occasionally.
• Comfort standing, walking, squatting, bending, and reaching throughout a shift.
• Basic math skills for counting and simple calculations.
• Proficiency in reading labels, tickets, and product documentation.
• Good written and oral communication in English.

Required skills

• Operation of powered equipment such as Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit‑Down Forklift, and Stand‑Up Forklift.
• Use of computer systems or handheld devices after training.
