Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse

About the role
Provide compassionate hospice nursing care to patients in their homes across Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. This full‑time position offers a supportive environment with 24/7 clinical backing.
Key responsibilities
- Visit clients in their homes to administer medication, perform wound care, treatments, procedures and comfort care.
- Monitor client conditions, report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager, and document doctors' orders.
- Conduct client assessments as needed and be available for occasional on‑call duties after hours or weekends.
Required profile
- Active and current RN license.
- One year of clinical experience preferred; hospice experience welcomed but not required.
- Ability to travel locally to assigned cases.
