Full-Time Forklift Operator

About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking a full‑time Forklift Operator to work Monday‑Friday starting at 5:00 PM. The position offers a starting wage of $24.95 per hour, PTO after 90 days, and access to employee resort lodging.
Key responsibilities
- Move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long.
- Operate a forklift on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock.
- Read and follow manifests and computer displays to ensure accurate handling.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
- Dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior forklift experience in a fast‑paced setting, preferably with LTL shipments.
Required skills
- Forklift operation.
- Computer display navigation.
