Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Position

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for recurring day or overnight shifts in the Mooresville area. You will provide personal, household, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and encourage proper nutrition.
• Perform range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices.
• Give medication reminders and check vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).

Required profile

• At least one year of work experience as a CNA.
• Completed a recognized CNA training program and hold current certification.
• Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, reliable care.
