Full Stack Python Developer – Miami, FL

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who will primarily focus on building robust Python backend services while also contributing to ReactJS front‑end features. The role is based onsite in Miami, FL and is ideal for candidates with a strong background in API design, database architecture, and AI‑enhanced applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and micro‑services with emphasis on performance, reliability and security.
• Create and optimise relational database schemas in PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server, including indexing and query tuning.
• Implement advanced authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, RBAC and ABAC.
• Build responsive front‑end components with ReactJS, leveraging Hooks, Redux or Context API.
• Integrate LLM‑powered and agentic AI capabilities into backend workflows, applying the Model Context Protocol (MCP) where appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define API contracts, data flows and end‑to‑end feature delivery.

Required profile

• 12+ years of professional software development experience, predominantly on the backend.
• Deep hands‑on expertise with Python and modern web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, ORM tools and performance optimisation.
• Proven experience with complex authentication/authorization solutions beyond basic JWT.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts, agentic AI architectures and tools such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Ability to work onsite in Miami and contribute to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
