Full Stack Engineer – $170k-$190k (Hybrid, NYC)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing consumer technology company building a large‑scale digital marketplace used by millions. As a Full Stack Engineer you will own end‑to‑end product development, delivering customer‑facing features that directly impact user experience and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end features across high‑traffic customer journeys.
• Develop scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Improve application performance, reliability, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to architecture, testing, observability and engineering best practices.
• Shape reusable patterns and scalable solutions across the platform.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience building production web applications.
• Strong expertise in both frontend and backend development.
• Commercial experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to build RESTful APIs and work with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, testing and performance optimisation.
• Product‑focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
