Full Stack Developer

About the role

SMB Team is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and ship web products that power our AI product suite and internal operations. You will work on AI Workforce Pro, AI XDR, and a variety of internal tools, collaborating closely with the Technology team and the Director of Technology Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features, fix bugs, and ensure stability of the AI Workforce Pro platform.
• Safely integrate updates from an upstream open‑source fork without breaking existing functionality.
• Complete cleanup, stabilization, and launch preparation for the AI XDR product.
• Build and maintain internal tooling and automations that support company operations.
• Write clean, well‑documented code, participate in peer reviews, and contribute to engineering documentation.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and pre‑production environments.
• Collaborate on sprint planning, project prioritization, and communicate technical constraints early.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a full‑stack developer delivering production‑grade web applications.
• Demonstrable work history (GitHub, live products, or equivalent).
• Ability to work autonomously and reliably on engineering tasks.
