Front Server – Restaurant R'evolution

About the role

The Front Server works in Restaurant R'evolution, a fine‑dining venue within Sonesta International Hotels. You will serve meals, ensure tables are set according to brand standards, and support the Captain in delivering a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow service guidelines and brand standards from the Service Manual.
• Set tables correctly for each course and maintain a clean, organized service area.
• Provide menu knowledge, use proper sales techniques, and handle check‑out and cash procedures.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff and attend ongoing training sessions.
• Complete all shift paperwork, opening/closing checklists, and side‑work duties.
• Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning schedules and return items to their designated zones.
• Promote the restaurant’s vision: “To Cherish the Guest in Every Way.”

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to make sound decisions and work independently under pressure.
• Basic math proficiency for cash handling and measurements.
• Willingness to work flexibly across hotel areas when needed.
