Front Office Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual)

About the role

This full‑time position supports patients by explaining treatment options, insurance benefits, and financing, while working closely with the dentist and practice manager in a high‑energy dental office.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and perform all day‑to‑day front office duties and communicate clinical treatment plans to patients.
• Prepare consent forms, obtain parental approvals, explain insurance coverage, out‑of‑pocket costs, and financing options.
• Collect fees, assist with claim submission, coding, pre‑authorizations, and send intraoral pictures.
• Provide support to the greeter and insurance specialist and maintain a clean front‑office lobby.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, able to multitask, work under pressure and as a team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer software applications used in dental offices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow safety policies, and exercise good judgment.
