Front End Application Developer

About the role

We are seeking a senior Front End Application Developer to lead the evolution of our Managed Transportation mobile and web platforms. The role focuses on building new features and improving existing functionality using C#/.NET and React Native CLI within an agile, test‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test C# code for mobile features using React Native CLI.
• Continuously refactor and enhance the current codebase with TDD, pair programming, and best‑practice engineering.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, estimate user stories, and collaborate with business analysts, QA, and end‑users.
• Review peers’ code, mentor junior developers, and promote quality standards.
• Support live systems across time zones and acquire deep domain expertise.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with C#/.NET (Framework 4.x or .NET Core/Standard).
• 5+ years of mobile development using React Native CLI and related technologies such as Xamarin, MAUI, or Blazor.
• Strong background in automated testing (unit, functional, integration) with tools like nUnit, xUnit, SpecFlow, Playwright, and Appium.
• Proven ability to work in agile teams, applying XP practices such as refactoring, pair programming, TDD, BDD, and CI/CD.
• Experience supporting production systems and handling incident resolution.
