Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

Join Nature's Herbs & Wellness as a Front Desk Receptionist at the Log Lane Village dispensary. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling ID verification, answering questions, and supporting online order processing while maintaining a clean and organized front‑of‑store area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, verify identification, and ensure compliance with Colorado cannabis regulations.
• Answer phone calls, assist with online orders, and check order accuracy.
• Communicate with budtenders and store leadership, and keep the lobby and customer areas tidy.
• Learn product categories, help customers understand basic offerings, and support the retail team during busy periods.

Required profile

• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to follow procedures consistently.
• Comfortable interacting with a variety of customers and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willing to obtain a Colorado MED employee license before starting regulated work.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for retail systems.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service abilities.
