Front Desk Agent

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is launching its premier venue, Elstowe Manor, and seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service for events and overnight stays.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, register, and check‑in/out guests while handling reservations, modifications, and concierge requests.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and special promotions.
• Manage guest accounts, settle bills, and process payments.
• Log and deliver packages, mail, and guest items; maintain front‑desk communication via two‑way radio.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Positive, upbeat personality with strong guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and clear, concise information delivery.
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 lb, stand for long periods, and navigate stairs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic arithmetic and ability to handle financial information.
• Understanding of hotel products, guest services, and front‑desk computer systems.
