French‑Speaking Account Manager – Automotive National Accounts

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Account Manager to lead revenue growth and customer satisfaction for automotive national accounts on behalf of ExxonMobil. Based in Ogden, UT, this hybrid position blends strategic account planning, pipeline management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute headquarter‑level growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual performance KPIs.
• Ensure consistent application of contract, pricing, credit, and accounts‑receivable standards.
• Manage pipeline development and progress high‑value opportunities.
• Lead strategic negotiations and handle escalations for complex deals.
• Maintain SLA and SOP compliance across all accounts.
• Build strong relationships with key automotive national accounts and channel partners.
• Represent the client at customer meetings and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to support sales execution.
• Utilize and optimize CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, for pipeline and account management.
• Incorporate supply‑chain considerations into sales planning.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and governance standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience in B2B sales.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex accounts.
