Kelly is seeking a French‑speaking Recruiter to support fast‑moving manufacturing hiring needs across Eastern Canada, especially Quebec. This remote, in‑house temporary position focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for roles that require French language capability.
Key responsibilities
- Provide recruiting support for manufacturing positions that need French proficiency.
- Screen candidates in French and coordinate interview schedules.
- Review job postings and offers to ensure accurate wording.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to cover short‑term staffing gaps.
- Assist with urgent hiring demands requiring immediate coverage.
Required profile
- Fluent French language skills.
- Experience in recruiter‑type activities such as candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Ability to collaborate with recruiting and hiring teams.
- Comfort handling urgent, short‑term coverage needs.
- Familiarity with recruiting practices in Eastern Canada, particularly Quebec.
