French Bilingual Partner Support Coordinator

About the role

Trupanion is looking for a French‑bilingual Partner Support Coordinator to join its Partner Support Team. You will provide real‑time, multi‑channel assistance to veterinary hospitals, breeders, shelters, field sales representatives, and other program participants, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver phone, email, and chat support to partners in a high‑volume queue environment.
• Troubleshoot technical and process issues, escalating when necessary.
• Provide accurate information on Trupanion products, coverage, policies, claims, and partner programs.
• Research and resolve complex partner inquiries with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless partner experiences.
• Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customer‑satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and French.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to following established processes.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume, real‑time interactions.
• Customer‑service mindset focused on delivering exceptional experiences.
