Freight Flow Associate – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Freight Flow Associate ensures smooth movement of merchandise within the distribution facility, supporting inventory accuracy, safety standards, and member service. This onsite position combines forklift operation, stock handling, and customer assistance to keep the warehouse running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to pick, move, place, and position merchandise pallets following company guidelines.
• Receive, organize, and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers, maintaining accurate inventory flow and documentation.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandising displays, including zoning, rotating stock, and removing damaged or outdated items.
• Assist members with product location, purchasing decisions, and self‑service technology, providing courteous service.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow hazardous material handling procedures, and report unsafe conditions.
• Prepare and stage club pick‑up orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Track inventory levels, control shrinkage, and report any discrepancies.
