About the role

Truck Driver Nation is seeking motivated individuals to work from home as independent freight dispatchers. Both experienced dispatchers and newcomers will receive training, tools, and support to manage truck loads and grow their own book of business.

Key responsibilities

Communicate with drivers and clients professionally to coordinate freight shipments.
Organize and manage 7‑10 trucks, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal routing.

Required profile

Desire to work remotely while earning a substantial income.
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
