About the role
Truck Driver Nation is hiring motivated individuals to become independent freight dispatchers working from home. Whether you are experienced or new to the industry, you will receive training, tools and support to build a high‑paying career.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with confidence and professionalism with drivers and clients.
- Stay organized in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple trucks.
- Oversee 7–10 trucks, handling dispatch operations and ensuring timely deliveries.
