About the role
This is a performance‑based dispatch position working with owner‑operators under their own authority. You will operate remotely, earning commission based on the volume and rates you secure.
Key responsibilities
- Book loads through broker networks and load boards.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, tracking, and paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with drivers and brokers.
- Manage your workflow independently.
Required profile
- Must currently reside in the United States.
- Laptop or desktop computer with high‑speed internet.
- Professional phone or headset.
- Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated.
- Experience in dispatching, brokerage, customer service, or similar roles is beneficial but not required.
