About the role
This is a performance‑based, commission‑driven dispatch position working with owner‑operators under their own authority. You will operate remotely, managing loads, rates, and communications independently.
Key responsibilities
- Book loads through broker networks and load boards.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, tracking, and required paperwork.
- Maintain professional communication with drivers and brokers.
- Manage your own workflow and schedule without supervision.
Required profile
- Must currently reside in the United States.
- Own a laptop or desktop computer with high‑speed internet.
- Professional phone or headset for clear communication.
- Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated.
- Experience in dispatching, brokerage, or customer‑service roles is beneficial but not required.
