About the role
This is a performance‑based freight dispatch position working remotely with owner‑operators under their own authority. Earnings are commission‑based and depend on your efficiency, negotiation skill, and carrier volume.
Key responsibilities
- Book loads through broker networks and load boards.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, tracking, and required paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with drivers and brokers.
- Manage your own workflow independently.

- Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
