About the role
This performance‑based dispatch position works with owner‑operators under their own authority, offering commission‑driven earnings and full control over schedule and workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Book loads through broker networks and load boards.
- Negotiate competitive rates and coordinate pickups, deliveries, tracking, and paperwork.
Required profile
- U.S. residency with a reliable laptop or desktop, high‑speed internet and professional phone/headset.
- Organized, dependable and self‑motivated; able to manage workflow independently.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Effective communication with drivers and brokers.
