About the role
This is a performance‑based dispatch position working remotely with owner‑operators under their own authority. Earnings are commission‑based and depend on your efficiency, negotiation skill, and carrier volume.
Key responsibilities
- Book loads through broker networks and load boards
- Negotiate competitive rates
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, tracking, and paperwork
- Communicate professionally with drivers and brokers
- Manage your workflow independently
Required profile
- Must currently reside in the U.S.
- Laptop or desktop computer with high‑speed internet
- Professional phone or headset
- Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated
- Experience in dispatching, brokerage, or customer‑service roles is beneficial but not required
