About the role
This is a performance‑based dispatch position working with owner‑operators under their own authority. Earnings are commission‑based and depend on efficiency, negotiation skill, and carrier volume. The role is fully remote for U.S.‑based candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Book loads through broker networks and load boards.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, tracking, and paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with drivers and brokers.
- Manage your workflow independently.
Required profile
- Must currently reside in the United States.
- Own a laptop or desktop computer with high‑speed internet.
- Professional phone or headset for communication.
- Organized, dependable, and self‑motivated.
- Experience in dispatching, brokerage, or customer‑service roles is beneficial but not required.
