About the role

Key responsibilities

• Book loads through broker networks and load boards to secure freight assignments.
• Negotiate competitive rates with brokers to maximize earnings.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, tracking, and paperwork to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate professionally with both drivers and brokers to maintain strong relationships.
• Manage your workflow independently, handling all aspects of the dispatch process.

Required profile

• Must currently reside in the U.S. to be eligible for the role.
• Own a laptop or desktop computer for dispatch activities.
• Have a high‑speed internet connection to handle real‑time communications.
• Use a professional phone or headset for clear voice interactions.
• Be organized, dependable, and self‑motivated to work without supervision.
