About the role
This is a performance‑based dispatch position working with owner‑operators under their own authority. Income is commission‑based and depends on efficiency, negotiation skill, and carrier volume.
Key responsibilities
- Book loads through broker networks and load boards.
- Negotiate competitive rates and coordinate pickups, deliveries, tracking, and paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with drivers and brokers while managing workflow independently.
Required profile
- U.S. residency with a reliable laptop or desktop, high‑speed internet, and professional phone/headset.
- Organized, dependable, self‑motivated; experience in dispatching, brokerage, or customer‑service roles is beneficial but not required.
