Freelance SEO & AIEO Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Freelance SEO & AIEO Specialist to drive demand generation and lead growth across domestic and international markets. The role is fully remote, flexible, and involves approximately 20+ hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate existing product pages and search visibility in the U.S., UK, Germany, and broader EU markets.
• Identify gaps in search presence and recommend actions to increase inbound traffic and lead generation.
• Optimize both organic SEO and paid search performance to improve visibility, engagement, and ROI.
• Support and scale AIEO initiatives, implementing optimization strategies.
• Analyze audits, search traffic, and campaign data to guide marketing decisions.
• Recommend and implement improvements such as schema markup, backlink strategy, and overall search engine visibility.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to boost channel performance and MQL generation.
• Present findings, insights, and strategic recommendations in recurring stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in SEO and AIEO‑focused digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in SEO strategy, paid search optimization, schema markup, backlinking, and SEMrush.
• Proven ability to analyze reporting data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Salesforce MQL/channel reporting.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a lean, fast‑moving marketing team.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain performance insights and opportunities.
