Freelance Guest Experience Host – Dallas

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused freelancer to join our Dallas team and represent Oasis during guest arrivals and departures. You will be the first point of contact for guests staying in our hand‑picked homes, ensuring a seamless hotel‑like experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests at check‑in and manage check‑out procedures.
• Coordinate with our centralized guest experience team to resolve any issues during stays.
• Work with the CGE team to anticipate and prepare for guest needs.
• Inspect homes before arrivals, liaising with property managers and owners to address any problems.
• Conduct post‑stay inspections to confirm homes are left in perfect condition.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Interest in learning about the vacation‑rental industry.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to meet new people.
• Own reliable transportation for traveling within the Dallas area.
