Fraud Detections Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts for suspicious or fraudulent activities and take appropriate action.
• Execute customer query support, including credit‑card inquiries, account management and case resolution related to suspected fraud.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams and law‑enforcement agencies on potential fraud cases.
• Develop and implement fraud‑prevention strategies, tools and procedures.
• Support risk‑management, compliance and customer‑care functions as needed.
• Identify regulatory trends and update internal policies for fraud detection.
• Manage KPIs to measure effectiveness of fraud‑prevention operations.
• Investigate financial transactions, conduct fraud investigations and report incidents.

Required profile

• Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills when evaluating customer and account activity.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while balancing fraud‑risk mitigation.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and interest in investigating complex situations.
• High attention to detail with accurate documentation practices.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and learning new fraud tools, processes and controls.
• Willingness to work a non‑standard schedule, including weekends.
• Experience researching account activity and identifying unusual patterns.
• Fluency in Spanish for bilingual queue support.
