FP&A Manager – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join our lean finance team at 9amHealth. This remote, full‑time position reports to the Director of FP&A and works closely with Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Sales, and the executive team to shape financial strategy for chronic disease care.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly variance pack, delivering BvA analysis across P&L, COGS, gross profit % and OPEX with clear narrative.
• Build and maintain driver‑based financial models covering member growth, ARPM, CAC, payback, and contribution margin.
• Partner with department heads to translate business plans into budgets, validate assumptions, and support analysis.
• Manage the long‑range plan and rolling forecast, integrating headcount, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Prepare the monthly board narrative, KPI strip, and forward outlook in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Lead the 2026 budget cycle, overseeing timeline, templates, and consolidation.
• Develop operational FP&A tools such as dashboards, scenario models, and incentive designs.
• Champion AI‑enabled FP&A workflows using Claude, AI‑powered tools, and advanced Excel features.

• Proven experience in financial planning & analysis within a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a remote, high‑impact setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude) and AI‑enhanced finance workflows.
