Founding Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

Nectar Social is building an AI‑native social operating system that connects brands with communities. As the first dedicated Revenue Operations hire, you will report to the Head of Operations and own the entire RevOps function, shaping the sales stack, forecasting, deal desk, and the integration between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Salesforce administrator: manage objects, flows, validation rules, reporting, user access, and data hygiene.
• Own the end‑to‑end GTM tech stack, evaluating, implementing, integrating, and retiring tools such as Pylon, Granola, Slack, and billing/ERP systems.
• Build and maintain integrations between sales and finance systems (e.g., Salesforce ↔ Rillet) to ensure clean quote‑to‑cash data.
• Lead weekly forecasting cadence, pipeline reviews, forecast roll‑ups, and board‑level reporting on bookings and conversion metrics.
• Run the deal desk for enterprise and mid‑market deals, handling order forms, pricing approvals, discount governance, and non‑standard structures.
• Partner with Legal on contract workflows and support pricing operations.

Required profile

• Builder mindset with experience establishing or scaling a RevOps function.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
