Founding Consultant – Fintech SaaS (East Coast)

About the role

We are seeking a Founding Consultant to help launch and grow our fintech SaaS platform on the U.S. East Coast. This role sits at the intersection of technology and banking, working directly with senior banking leaders to shape strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations and workshops with senior banking stakeholders.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable technology solutions.
• Build and nurture long‑term strategic relationships with C‑level clients.
• Collaborate closely with an engineering‑led product team to ensure solutions are feasible and impactful.
• Support the company’s expansion across North America, including travel and international exposure.

Required profile

• Previous experience in management consulting or advisory roles, preferably within banking or financial services transformation.
• Comfortable engaging C‑level executives and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and curiosity‑driven mindset.
