Founding Agentic GTM Operator

About the role

Rhythms is looking for its first Go‑to‑Market hire to build a self‑improving GTM AI engine that drives revenue autonomously. You will both operate and engineer AI agents that find, convert, and nurture buyers without manual oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Build agentic content pipelines for blog, email, LinkedIn, and events that produce, distribute, and continuously optimize output.
• Set quality standards for content while ensuring high‑volume production aligns with Rhythms’ narrative.
• Design and ship autonomous GTM agents handling outreach, enrichment, sequencing, and signal detection, measured by pipeline generated.
• Eventually embed GTM functionality directly into the Rhythms platform, using the product to grow itself.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of GTM workflows, demand generation, and sales enablement.
• Fluent with the modern AI stack—LLMs, agents, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
• Proven track record shipping autonomous systems that improve over time.
• Founder‑mindset: quick experimentation, decisive action, and ownership of outcomes.
