Forward Deployment Engineer - Devin/Claude AI with Java Experience

About the role

The Forward Deployment Engineer will lead the rollout and scaling of cutting‑edge GenAI tools such as Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor across enterprise engineering teams. You will act as a hands‑on full‑stack developer, integrating these AI solutions into the organization’s software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deployment of Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor for CDXO and LOB engineering groups.
• Build and integrate AI‑enhanced features into CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and APIs.
• Define phased onboarding and scaling strategies for enterprise‑wide adoption.
• Partner with client teams to improve product delivery through optimized GenAI usage.
• Conduct developer onboarding, training, and enablement sessions focused on prompt engineering and workflow integration.
• Monitor usage, performance, and efficiency metrics, continuously optimizing outcomes.
• Provide troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support.
• Establish reusable playbooks and best practices while ensuring compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling GenAI tools (Devin, Claude Code, Cursor) in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to improve development, testing, and remediation cycles through AI integration.
• Track record of increasing developer productivity and automation outcomes.
• Experience creating and standardizing enterprise playbooks for AI adoption.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor adoption metrics and resolve scaling challenges.
