Forward Deployed – Wealth Management

About the role

Rogo is looking for a Forward Deployed professional to help top financial institutions apply AI to their wealth‑management workflows. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from banks and private equity firms through the adoption of Rogo’s AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with bankers and investors to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate the value of Rogo’s AI tools.
• Lead full‑cycle client engagements, building consultative relationships and tailoring product demos to specific use cases such as public‑company research, M&A advisory, and diligence workflows.
• Partner with marketing to create content that resonates with financial professionals and act as the “Voice of the Customer” for sales and product teams.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors to strengthen market perception of Rogo.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in private or brokerage wealth management, preferably at a top‑tier bank or private banking platform.
• Outstanding project‑management and communication skills; highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Action‑oriented mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and deliver results in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and ability to explain transformer architecture.
