Forward Deployed Banker

About the role

Rogo is looking for an investment banking expert to lead tailored demos of its AI platform, translating capabilities into real impact across core banking workflows such as research, financial modeling, valuation, M&A advisory, and capital markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized product demonstrations, showing how Rogo can be fully deployed within a bank’s research, pitch, and execution processes.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape go‑to‑market motion and continuously improve the platform based on customer feedback.
• Lead proof‑of‑value exercises, define success criteria, and map Rogo’s capabilities to specific coverage groups and deal workflows.
• Develop demo environments, banking use cases, and enablement materials that help the broader team win business.
• Translate market trends and banking workflow insights into actionable product improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of investment banking experience at a top‑tier investment bank.
• Strong command of core banking workflows including financial modeling, valuation, M&A, capital markets, due diligence, and client presentations.
• Executive presence with the ability to build credibility with senior bankers and financial services leaders.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both technical and non‑technical.
• Structured, outcome‑oriented approach to defining success criteria and building business cases.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
