About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the F&B operations at Makena Golf & Beach Club on Maui, delivering luxury dining experiences that reflect international standards. You will oversee all outlets, from casual to fine dining, ensuring exceptional service for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of all food and beverage outlets, maintaining quality and service standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and payroll staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Address member feedback, handle complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor staffing levels, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and liquor laws through training and supervision.
• Lead by example, performing duties when needed and upholding safety policies.
• Collaborate with management to set departmental goals aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of leadership experience in food and beverage or private club settings.
