Floating Painter for Eagle Gate Apartments

About the role

The Floating Painter will join Greystar’s property‑management team at Eagle Gate Apartments, delivering high‑quality interior and exterior painting to prepare units for new residents. Working on‑site in Salt Lake City, the role supports the maintenance department and ensures the community’s visual standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor and complete painting work orders received from supervisors, community staff and residents.
• Apply interior and exterior paint to apartments and common areas in accordance with Greystar guidelines.
• Prepare surfaces, protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean, orderly work environment after each job.
• Address resident concerns and repair requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory of painting supplies; order additional materials as directed while staying within budget.
• Assist the maintenance team with additional service requests when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial painting.
• Ability to follow detailed specifications and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a finished product that meets quality standards.
• Good communication skills for interacting with residents and team members.
• Physical capability to perform manual painting tasks and lift equipment.
