Facility Assistant - Part Time

About the role

The facility assistant will provide basic, routine maintenance on archery ranges and equipment to keep them at tournament‑quality condition. The role also supports operational needs before, during, and after all center events and assists with archery program activities as required.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on indoor, outdoor, and field ranges, utility vehicles, targets, bows, arrows and other archery equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of ranges, the indoor range shop, warehouse, and storage sheds.
• Assist with archery programs such as birthday parties, field trips, team‑building events, and open shooting sessions.
• Provide logistical and operational support for competitions, including field configuration, event setup, on‑site assistance, breakdown, inventory, and judging when needed.

Required profile

• Willingness to obtain US Archery Level 2 instructor certification, SafeSport, CPR, first‑aid and USA Archery judging certification (training provided).
• Ability to work with youth, adults and individuals with special needs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and non‑standard hours.
• Physical ability to lift targets and other items averaging 50 lb.
• Valid driver’s license and good attendance record.
