Floating Maintenance Technician – Sacramento Area

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties in the West Sacramento, Sacramento, Antelope, and Elk Grove area. You will ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs across assigned properties.
• Maintain the physical condition of buildings, grounds, and common areas to meet Greystar standards.
• Respond to on‑call requests and travel between locations as needed.
• Document work performed and report any major issues to property management.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Flexibility to travel between properties and work on‑call shifts.
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount and incentive‑based bonuses.
