Floating Leasing Professional – West Sacramento Area

About the role

The Floating Leasing Professional supports Greystar’s portfolio in the West Sacramento, Sacramento, Antelope, and Elk Grove area. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction across multiple garden‑style communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Manage resident move‑ins, lease signings, and onboarding processes.
• Provide ongoing resident support to ensure satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Coordinate lease renewal campaigns and secure resident renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available units.
• Travel between properties as needed to maintain consistent service.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of related leasing or property‑management experience.
• Ability to travel between West Sacramento, Sacramento, Antelope, and Elk Grove locations.
• Availability to work a schedule with Sundays and Mondays off.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Entrata property‑management software (preferred).
