Floating Leasing Professional - Seattle and Eastside

About the role

The Floating Leasing Professional supports Greystar’s Soma Towers and other communities in the Seattle and Bellevue area. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through comprehensive leasing and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, and managing lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Ability to greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and manage the leasing process from application to move‑in.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and coordination with maintenance teams.
• Awareness of local market conditions and ability to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
