Floating Leasing Manager – Portland / Vancouver Metro

About the role

The Floating Leasing Manager supports multiple communities across the Portland/Vancouver metro area, providing leasing leadership, stabilization support, and ensuring revenue and occupancy goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy targets.
• Oversee on‑site leasing teams, generate traffic, lease apartments, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.
• Review financial and operational reports to identify and resolve leasing performance issues.
• Provide multi‑site coverage, quickly adapting to different property profiles and sub‑market demographics.

Required profile

• Previous multi‑family leasing experience; luxury high‑rise experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to travel daily across properties.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or One Site.
