Floating Leasing Manager - Hudson County

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales, and leasing activities for a community in Hudson County. The role oversees the leasing team, advertising efforts, and resident retention initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy targets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing strategies.
• Create and manage advertising strategies using available technology and property management software to generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance, safety, and unit marketability, including staging and merchandising.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and complete move‑in procedures.

Required profile

• Real estate license required.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
• Strong understanding of local rental market dynamics.
