Director of Luxury Marketing (Coldwell Banker Global Luxury)

About the role

The Luxury Marketing Director will act as the primary liaison between the Vice President of Global Luxury and a network of Luxury Marketing Managers and Specialists across the United States. Based in an office five days a week, the role supports top‑producing agents, drives the luxury strategy, and ensures the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury brand is consistently represented.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with top‑producing luxury sales associates and their teams to fulfill marketing needs and business objectives.
• Lead and develop a team of luxury marketing managers and specialists covering multiple metros.
• Communicate the full suite of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program offerings during high‑end listing appointments.
• Collaborate with the Field Marketing team to deliver services to designated luxury agents.
• Create pathways for agents to achieve luxury certification.
• Coordinate virtual‑first luxury events with local operating companies and regional teams to raise program awareness.
• Utilise PowerBI and leadership input to identify growth opportunities, track market share, and report findings to senior executives.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as LOC luxury market share and interest in the Global Luxury program.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership and independent sales associates.
• Experience managing teams across multiple regions in a luxury or real‑estate environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey brand benefits to agents and external partners.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week in one of the specified office locations.
