Relocation Director – Lead Agent Development & Referrals

About the role

The Relocation Director will lead Coldwell Banker Realty’s referral and relocation program, overseeing a network of agents who opt‑in to receive referrals. This senior position focuses on driving conversion, enhancing service quality, and expanding business relationships with corporate clients and relocation partners.

Key responsibilities

• Select, coach, and hold agents accountable to achieve best‑in‑class conversion rates.
• Promote multiple service offerings to new and existing customers to generate quality referrals.
• Communicate and implement internal and external initiatives for Coldwell Banker Realty.
• Provide agent development through proprietary technology platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to set and meet performance metrics.
• Onboard and exit agents based on performance.
• Represent the brand to corporations, relocation management firms, and at group move presentations.
• Participate in local and regional meetings, both in‑person and virtually.
• Analyze performance data to track progress against goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a management role.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• Strong public speaking experience (in‑person and virtual).
• Proven lead conversion success.
• Excellent virtual communication skills, including video conferencing and video content creation.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Motivational leadership, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience coaching agents remotely in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Business development and sales expertise.
• Ability to present concepts, data analysis, and project plans.
• High ethical standards and willingness to travel locally/regionally.
