Floating Community Manager – Denver Metro

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Floating Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of an assigned multifamily property in the Denver Metro area. The role combines team leadership, financial stewardship, and compliance oversight to ensure the property meets its budgetary and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing property budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Achieve revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, processing bank deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, rent discounts, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends to shape short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant housing regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors, residents, and internal teams.
